How it works

The Layout kit enables one operator to lay out a site in minutes using two portable SitePoint GPS receivers connected to the SitePoint app on a mobile device. One SitePoint remains in a stationary position as the local base, and the second moves with the operator as the rover.

Machine & Layout kit

How it works

The Layout & Machine kit enables all the capabilities of the Layout kit, plus machine-based height check and 3D grade indication for grading with a skid-steer or excavator (requires the Pro app). Because all SitePoint GPS receivers are battery-powered and portable, operators can easily swap the same devices between multiple machines.

SitePoint 1: Local Base
Stays in one place and continuously sends accuracy information across the jobsite to one or two rovers.

SitePoints 2 and 3: Rovers
One or two rovers move around the jobsite and use the base information to calculate their precise position and elevation. Two SitePoints can be mounted on a single machine to provide 3D grade height indication at the bucket tip.
